I can't believe this lorry driver is still driving around unpunished! What is the world coming to? Absolute madness!
This is all too common. Even when there is sufficient evidence drivers seem to get off. I suppose one can say the driver has to live with it for the rest of their lives but how about stopping them killing or injuring someone else?
